iOS privacy information

This information supplements the Work Ponto privacy policy for users of Apple devices. The service is operated by SELF SERVICE APP LTDA.
Face ID and Touch ID
The app uses Apple's system authentication interface on supported devices. The operating system confirms whether authentication succeeds. Work Ponto cannot access the enrolled Face ID or Touch ID template.
Location and camera
Location access supports workplace verification and location information associated with app actions. Camera access allows you to take photos that you choose to send to your company's Human Resources team. These photos are uploaded for delivery and are not Face ID biometric data.
Notifications and service providers
If notifications are enabled, Apple and Firebase notification services use device notification tokens to deliver app messages. You can change notification permissions in Settings. The general privacy policy explains account, attendance, message and photo information.
Manage permissions
Use your iPhone or iPad Settings to manage Work Ponto's access to location, the camera, Face ID and notifications. Features that depend on a disabled permission may no longer work.
Account deletion and privacy support
You can request account deletion without access to the app. Email info@workponto.com with the subject Work Ponto — Account deletion and include your name and registered phone number. See the account deletion page for verification and retention details.
