Delete your account and personal data

You can request closure of your Work Ponto account and deletion of associated personal information, even if you no longer have the app. The service is operated by SELF SERVICE APP LTDA.
1. Send a request
Email info@workponto.com with the subject Work Ponto — Account deletion. Include your full name, your registered phone number with country code, and the company associated with your account. State whether you want to close the account and delete its associated data, or remove specific information.
2. Verification and processing
Support may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. You will be informed of the next steps and the status of the request through the support conversation. Do not send your password, SMS verification codes or biometric images.
3. Information covered
The request covers your Work Ponto account profile, associated account identifiers, notification tokens and personal messages or photos, subject to any retention obligations. Tell support if your request concerns a particular message, photo or record.
4. Employment records and retained data
Attendance records and data needed for employment, payroll, security or other applicable obligations may need to be retained. Records already exported to an employer's systems are managed by that employer. Support and your employer can explain the relevant categories and retention requirements for your request.
5. After account closure
Closure removes your ability to use the account. Deleting the app from your phone does not close your account or delete records held by the service or your employer. A message sent to your company's Human Resources team is not an automatic service account deletion request; use the support email above.
